Policy Details

Payment for all alterations and customization are made at time of drop off. All payments re non refundable, but we, Bella e Couture, DBA The Wedding Haus, guarantee our work and will work unit fit is perfect and to your liking.

Any and all balances (if applicable) must be paid upon picking up garments. All garments paid and unpaid and without communication will be subjected to being donated or sold to compensate for balance. 30 day notification will be sent and you have an additional 2 weeks afterward, unless arranged by owner.

All items must be clean and removed of all bodily fluids. Subject to be refused.
