Q: What do I bring for my alterations appointment?

A: We recommend that you bring everything you’ll be wearing with the garment to ensure proper fit.

Q: What is turn your turn around time?

A: We can ensure any turn around time. However, if needed within 1-2 weeks, rush fee will apply.

Q: Do you offer same services?

A: Yes, if appointment is made before 1p ; please call before booking. 

Q: What items do you work on?

A: We work on all clothing casual, formal, draping, housewear, handbags, and more whether for women, men, and/or children.

Q: How do you take payment?

A: We take payment upfront; cash, card, Venmo, or Zelle. We no longer accept Cash App or personal checks.

Q: What is the refund policy? Do you give refunds?

A: There are no refunds. We guarantee our work and will continue to work on your garment(s) until it is to your liking. 

Q: What happens if I am late for my appointment?

A: You have the duration of your appointment to arrive. However, if you are more than 20 mins late, please call us at 336.671.7590 (Do Not Text).

Q: Do you offer cleaning and steaming services?

A: Yes, we offer steaming services. We can recommend a preferred vendor for cleaning services. 

Custom

Q: Do you all rush for custom?

A: No we do rush custom orders, but we can offer rush on customization orders (where you bring in your garment). Please call us before booking at 336.671.7590

Q: How do deposits work?

A: 50% down & 50% upon completion 

Q: What is your turn around time?

A: Turn around time is 4-12 weeks.

Q: Do you provide material or do I have to bring material? 

A: Yes, we provide material on all appointments. We do reserve the right to refuse purchased material by customer - if not feasible for a project. Please call us before you discuss material options and before purchasing material.

Q: What can you make?

A: We specialize in formal & wedding attire; we can create coats, blankets, and more. Please call us at 336.671.7590 for questions or additional details 

Q: Do you offer cleaning and steaming services?

A: Yes, we offer steaming services. We can recommend a preferred vendor for cleaning services. 

*Prom consultation fee must be paid no later than Februarys 15, 2026. Consultation appointment must be made by March 1, 2026. 

Wedding

Q:  Do you offer rush fee for wedding gowns and suits?

A: Yes, minimum of $50. Please call before booking at 336.671.7590

Q: Do you offer same day services? What does it include?

A: Yes, we offer same services; 4 hour, 6 hour, and 8 hour appointments are available. Same day services includes: steaming, assistance with getting bride and/or groom dressed (including assistance with ties and cufflinks). Please call us if you don’t see time available when scheduling appointment at 336.671.7590.

Q: Are people welcome to come with me to my appointment?

A: Of course! We know how special this moment is, but please no more than 5 guests.

Q: What is the turn around time?

A: 4-6 weeks!

Q: Can you help with accessories? 

A: We can suggest how to accessorize your garments & proper shapewear & undergarments; we can also suggest vendors.

Q: What if I need to make changes to the alterations that has already been done?

A: We are committed to making the customer happy. We will continue to work on the garment, with no hassle, but additional fees may apply.

Q: Do you offer cleaning and steaming services?

Q: Who does the steaming services cover?

A: Steaming services are for bride, groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl(s), & ring bearer. Mother of the bride, mother of the groom, & hostess are not included.
